Bill has lived in the Los Angeles area for over 40 years. His interest in Real Estate began when he bought his first home. Since then Bill has bought, remodeled and sold several of his own homes and truly understands the Real Estate process as a Buyer, as a Seller, and as an Investor.
Early on Bill earned his place in Coldwell Banker’s President Club and Diamond Society. Subsequently Bill joined Keller Williams Realty and formed The Loft Expert! Group. His passion for service and understanding of what it takes to complete any transaction with the least amount of problems is matchless in any marketplace. Bill, has been specializing in lofts since his first loft sale in 2001. He moved into his loft in 2002 and has since enjoyed the daily changes to the downtown landscape. Bill Cooper is one of the few REALTORS® who actually lives in a loft in downtown. He is very involved in downtown management and residential property planning.
