Bill Cooper
Bill has lived in the Los Angeles area for over 40 years. His interest in Real Estate began when he bought his first home. Since then Bill has bought, remodeled and sold several of his own homes and truly understands the Real Estate process as a Buyer, as a Seller, as a Landlord and as an Investor.
Early on Bill earned his place in Coldwell Banker’s President Club and Diamond Society. After Bill joined Keller Williams Realty he formed The Loft Expert! Group. In 2012 Bill returned to Coldwell Banker to help launch their downtown office. His passion for service and understanding of what it takes to complete any transaction with the least amount of problems is matchless in any marketplace. His service to his clients rates number one across the boards.
Bill, has been specializing in lofts since his first loft sale in 2001. He moved into his loft in 2002 and has since enjoyed the daily changes to the downtown landscape. Bill Cooper is one of the few REALTORS® who actually lives, works and plays downtown. He is very involved in downtown management and residential property planning.

Group is also a member of the Central City Association and the Downtown Real Estate Association.
We have sold lofts in most of the loft buildings in downtown. We advertise in the Downtown News and Google and Yahoo - for placement in searches, and the Los Angeles Visitors Guide, as well as marketing through brochures, flyers, cards, magnets, etc.
